The Blum Merivobox Ninka is a cabinet door-fitted pull-out bin system designed for 400 mm wide kitchen cupboards. It provides 51 litres of waste capacity across two 25.5-litre bins and one 4.2-litre bin, making it a practical choice for households that sort recycling and general waste within a single cabinet. The unit mounts to the cabinet door and pulls out with it, keeping bins concealed behind a standard integrated door front.

Blum is a specialist hardware manufacturer whose MERIVOBOX platform uses an L-shaped runner system to deliver high stability and a consistent, feather-light glide. In this configuration, motion is managed by 40 kg BLUMOTION runners, which bring the bin frame to a quiet, controlled close without slamming. The frame arrives pre-assembled with stabilising brackets already fitted, which keeps installation straightforward: fix the runners to the cabinet sides, seat the frame, and drop in the bins. An odour trap shelf spans the full width of the frame, sitting above the bins to reduce smells escaping into the kitchen — it also doubles as storage for spare bin bags.

The finish throughout is Orion grey matt, with reinforced glass-fibre handles that resist breakage under regular use. Wide fixing points make the system compatible with shaker-style doors as well as flat-panel doors. The cabinet must be at least 630 mm in installed height and 503 mm in depth to accommodate the unit.
