Child Safe Kettle Control
- LED glows Blue - indicates the child lock is on
- Press control for 3 seconds to unlock - LED glows red and flickers
- Press control again and hold to dispense 98°C water - LED glows constant red
- Release pressure on control to cease flow – LED glows blue after 10 seconds, child lock on
- Hands-free control – Press control twice to dispense 98° filtered water – auto switch off after 60 seconds (approx 2 litres). To stop continuous flow press control again

Returns & Cancellations
You may request to return your order up to 14 days after delivery in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations. All Clearwater taps and sinks are delivered direct by Clearwater and they require that they collect any returns themslves too. There will be a courier collection charge for returning Clearwater sinks and taps. Please be aware that some items, such as custom made to order items, would not fall under the Regulations. Please refer to our Returns & Cancellations Terms & Conditions for full details.
Damaged or missing on delivery
While every care is taken to package and deliver your goods safely, as with any manually handling very occasionally items can be damaged during delivery. Please make sure you check your order for any damage or missing items within 48 hours of receiving it. We are unable to refund any orders for damaged on delivery claims after 48 hours from the time the order was delivered.
