Returns & Cancellations
With the exception of personalised items, you may cancel/return your order up to 14 days after delivery in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations. Personalised items includes doors with hinge holes pre drilled to your requirements, custom made to order / made to measure doors and paint to order doors. Personalised items would not fall under the Regulations as they have been customised to your individual needs cannot be restocked and resold. Some of our doors models are all made to order and/or paint to order and are non-returnable. Please refer to our Returns & Cancellations Terms & Conditions for full details.

They source environmentally responsible timber when designing their own doors and ensure perfect painted finishes with their start of the art spray shop. With with their own large fleet delivering such high quality doors we know that every detail and care for our customers is taken care of.
They are FIRA Gold certified assuring you of product of the highest quality. FIRA is an independent association for furniture product in the UK.
Warranty
This door range comes with a 6 year guarantee against manufacturing defects. This ensures the products in the range will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 6 years from the date of delivery so you can be assured of a quality product.
