Next Working Day pre 12: Next working day before 12 Noon (Mon - Fri).
Next Working Day pre 10: Next working day morning before 10am (Mon - Fri).
Saturday pre 12: Saturday before 12 Noon.

Next Working Day & Saturday last orders
Orders must be placed by 5pm to be delivered the next working day.
Orders placed before 5pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Saturday deliveries must be placed before 5pm Friday.

Returns & Cancellations
You may request to return your order up to 14 days after delivery in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations. Please be aware that some items, such as custom made to order items, would not fall under the Regulations. Please refer to our Returns & Cancellations Terms & Conditions for full details.

Damaged or missing on delivery
While every care is taken to package and deliver your goods safely, as with any manually handling very occasionally items can be damaged during delivery. Please make sure you check your order for any damage or missing items within 48 hours of receiving it. We are unable to refund any orders for damaged on delivery claims after 48 hours from the time the order was delivered.
