Description
The 1810 Company supplies European-designed kitchen sinks built to exacting quality standards. Every sink uses 18/10 medical-grade 304 stainless steel — the same grade found in high-end cookware — with 18% chromium for corrosion resistance and 10% nickel for durability and lustre. The Bordouno range combines handmade bowl construction with a pressed top frame, welded together and finished with Insusound undercoating to reduce noise and retain heat.
This 1.5-bowl inset sink measures 1000mm x 500mm overall and suits 1000mm base cabinets. The main bowl is 500mm wide and 215mm deep; a secondary half-bowl provides space for prep or draining. Steel thickness is 1mm throughout, with a satin finish that resists fingerprints. The sink is available with the drainer on the left or right to suit your worktop layout.
The underside is treated with Insusound powder coating, which dampens sound and helps retain water temperature. Each sink ships with a 3.5-inch basket strainer waste, concealed overflow, Maximiser plumbing kit, and installation template. Inset installation requires a cutout in the worktop; the template ensures accurate positioning. The sink carries a 75-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects in the stainless steel.

Orders must be placed by 12 Noon to be delivered the next working day.
Orders placed before 12 Noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders placed after12 Noon on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Delivery charges
Next Working Day Delivery: £10 - Free for orders over £75
Additional charges may apply to some postcode such as but not limited to northern Scotland, Northern Ireland and UK Islands.
Returns & Cancellations
You may request to return your order up to 14 days after delivery in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations. All The1810 and Schock taps and sinks are delivered direct by The1810 and they require that they collect any returns themselvs too. There will be a courier collection charge for returning The1810 and Schock sinks and taps, ranging from £15 to £50 depending on the size and type of product. Please be aware that some items, such as custom made to order items, would not fall under the Regulations. Please refer to our Returns & Cancellations Terms & Conditions for full details.
Damaged or missing on delivery
While every care is taken to package and deliver your goods safely, as with any manually handling very occasionally items can be damaged during delivery. Please make sure you check your order for any damage or missing items within 48 hours of receiving it. We are unable to refund any orders for damaged on delivery claims after 48 hours from the time the order was delivered.
