Returns & Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, and with the exception of personalised items, you may cancel/return your order up to 14 days after delivery in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations. Personalised items includes doors with hinge holes pre drilled to your requirements, custom made to order / made to measure doors and paint to order doors. Personalised items would not fall under the Regulations as they have been customised to your individual needs and cannot be restocked and resold. Please note some of our doors models are all made to order including their standard sizes - please check the product description to see if this applies to the doors you are interested in. Warranty
This door range comes with a 6 year guarantee against manufacturing defects. This ensures the products in the range will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 6 years from the date of delivery so you can be assured of a quality product.
