Welcome to the Kitchenfair website terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by using, accessing, browsing, registering or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms set out below then you may not use this website. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or withdraw (either temporarily or permanently) the website with or without providing prior notice to you and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or withdrawal of the website.
  • Change these Terms and Conditions at any time. it is your responsibility to ensure that you have read the most up to date version each and every time you use the website. Your continued use of this website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This website is operated by Kitchen Management Ltd and Kitchenfair is the trading name of Kitchen Management Ltd.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kitchen Management Ltd trading as Kitchenfair.

Kitchen Management Ltd has been operating as a Kitchen Design, Sourcing & Installation service within London, the South East and further afield since 2008.

General website and service usage

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms & conditions”, “Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in the UK and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Product Descriptions

We take all reasonable efforts to ensure that the product information as detailed on the website is accurate, fair and current. This includes Specific Conditions relating to the product including but not limited to: related Terms and Conditions, estimated delivery dates and times, warranties and guarantees.

However, although we aim to keep the product information as up to date as possible, it may be the case that at the point that the order is placed, some element of the product information may not exactly reflect the details of the actual product:

  • The actual price of the product can only be confirmed once the order has been accepted, according to our order acceptance policy
  • The product packaging may vary from the product images on the website
  • The weights and product dimensions given are approximate only
  • The key features and product attributes are based on information provided to us by the manufacturer or supplier and these may vary
  • Whilst we try to show the accurate colour of the product on the website, differences in computer screens and monitors may mean the actual colour of the product that you receive will differ from how you see it on the website.
  • All products are manufactured to tolerances of +/- 1.5mm.

In any circumstance where the actual product information varies from that displayed on the website, we reserve the right not to accept the order.

Product Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right at any time to modify our prices or any part or content thereof without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any price change.

Purchase of Goods

Placing an order on the Kitchenfair website does not constitute a contract between you and us. The order is only confirmed once we have notified you that the order has been invoiced and despatched.

For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract between you and Kitchenfair, will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Kitchenfair irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

When placing an order you will see an order confirmation page and receive an email acknowledgement confirming the details of each product in your order. This is not a confirmation that the order has been accepted or processed. Once the goods are picked and packed and ready for despatch, either by us or or directly by our supplier a contract between you and us is in place at this point.

If for any reason, there is a problem in processing the order then we will notify you via email or telephone of the circumstances of why it could not be fulfilled. This could be, but not limited to, one of the following reasons:

  • There was an error in how the product was described or priced on the website
  • One or more of the products in the order is currently out of stock
  • We are unable to take full payment for your order
  • You did not fulfil your obligations as set out under these terms and conditions

We reserve the right to cancel an order to anyone for any reason at any time.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete, you must report it to us within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide order number.

If you have more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please ccontact us and provide order number.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us providing details of the problem including digital photographs. If your items are damaged on arrival you must do this within 48 hours or your order being delivered.

All goods sold by Kitchenfair are covered by a manufacturer’s or supplier's warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty. The manufacturer’s or supplier's warranty is provided in addition to the rights that the law says you have as a consumer and your statutory rights are not affected.

If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without without charge. Exchange items will not be dispatched until Kitchenfair consider reasonable proof has been provided either by digital photographs or the damaged goods have been returned to us or supplier and checked. The cost of returning damaged or faulty goods to us is your responsibility, however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be damaged or faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.

In accordance with our Returns and Cancellations policy, please do not return any items to us or our suppliers until agreed by us.

If a damaged or faulty item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However, our liability will be to replace the damaged or faulty goods only and we may be unable to offer an exact match. In this instance, you will have the option of a refund on the items under manufacturer's or supplier's warranty claim.

Where we replace damaged or faulty goods you are responsible for their disposal.

We are unable to guarantee and exact colour match due to the nature of the product.

All products are manufactured to tolerances of +/- 1.5mm.

Damages due to poor installation, use or care
The manufacturer's or supplier's warranty on your Kitchen doors, drawers, cabinets and accessories by be voided due to poor installation, use or care. Examples of poor installation or use include, but are not limited to

  • Not protecting items situated below or around a sink, covering a dishwasher, washing machine or other similar appliance against excessive water contact.
  • Not protecting items located near any source of heat or steam either by heat deflectors, additional panels or other suitable protection
  • Not cleaning or caring for items correctly. For example using a cleaning product that damages the surface or an item

Cancelling your order

If you enter a Contract with Kitchenfair as a consumer, you are entitled to cancel the Contract at any time within fourteen (14) days, beginning on the day after you received the Products - with the exception of Personalised or Made to Order products. You have this right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 and you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policies.

Kitchenfair reserves the right cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

Please see our Returns and Cancellations policy on the circumstances as to how and when you can cancel your order.

Please note that when you agree to these website terms, you shall be deemed to have understood and agreed to our Returns and Cancellations policy in its entirety.

Exceptions apply to orders for personalised or made to order products which cannot be cancelled by you once your order has been received, as these products are tailored for you and may already be in production as a result of your order.

Returns & Cancellations Policy

This Returns & Cancellations Policy does not apply to personalised, made to order or paint to order items which are exempt from the right to cancel.


Returns & Cancellations process

You can cancel and return your order at any time from the moment you place your order with us up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this please contact us using the form provided or email [email protected].

You do not have to give any reason for your wish to cancel or return your items but a brief explanation will help us to improve our services.

We will provide you with an address to return your goods on confirmation of your cancellation. Depending on the items you ordered you may be required to send your different items to more than 1 address

Once we have accepted your cancellation you must return the goods to us within 14 days of this confirmation. You must return the goods to in their original condition and original packaging at your own expense.

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected to confirm they are in the same condition as when sent to you you will be refunded any monies owed to you to your original payment method within 30 days.

Made to order products
We can’t accept returns of personalised, made to order or paint to order items unless the products are faulty, as they will be tailored specifically for you. We cannot issue a refund or cancel your item once the order has been processed, unless the product has developed a fault within a reasonable time since delivery or has been delivered damaged.

If you make a mistake with placing a personalised, made to order or paint to order item, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order and we’ll try our best to amend it. However, we cannot guarantee that any changes will be successful as the product may have already gone into production.


Installed items

We reserve the right not to replace any item that has been installed/fitted, as we will deem this acceptance of the goods.

We will not be held liable for fitters fees or any other professional trades persons fees due to late, damaged or lost deliveries.

Privacy Policy

We recognise how important it is to keep your personal information safe and secure. We have a dedicated Privacy Policy and Security information which explains this.

Please note that when you agree to these website terms, you shall be deemed to have understood and agreed to our Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In addition to our Privacy Policy you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. Kitchenfair shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent as permitted at law, Kitchenfair is providing this website and its contents on an “as is” basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or the information, contents, materials or products included in this website including, but without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

All disclaimers and exclusions included in these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Should any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions be deemed to be unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed to be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
